Each project with us typically encompasses the following:
Background Study -- We determine the on-site average lighting level of your premises, and study the existing lighting layout based on the floor plan.
Technical Analysis -- We will perform a Dialux simulation, a lighting design simulation software that allows us to map out the average lighting level of our Taimaru Lighting Solutions. We will then provide you with a few solutions based on your preferred lighting level and investment.
Retrofitting -- The next phase of work involves the retrofitting of Taimaru Lighting Solutions. We are able to provide the necessary manpower and lifting equipment. In cases where the luminaires are retained, we will perform de-lamping and implementation of Taimaru Lighting Solutions.
Post-Evaluation -- If post-evaluation is required, we are able to perform a full analysis as per your needs. We will take photographs and average lighting level readings of your premises before and after the retrofitting work. Finally, we will submit a handover report to you documenting the improvements and projected energy cost savings.
